To coincide with the start of our free Wi‑Fi service, we’ve joined Japan Connected-free Wi‑Fi, a free area-search and connection app for international visitors provided by NTT Broadband Platform. Once you register in the app, you can easily connect not only within TOBU FREE Wi‑Fi areas but also at other locations where NTT Broadband Platform offers free Wi‑Fi.

At TOKYO SKYTREE, we've designed our facilities using universal design principles so everyone can enjoy their visit with peace of mind. We offer tactile paving, audio guidance, and accessible restrooms and service counters to help make your visit comfortable.

Accessible vehicle parking

If your lift-equipped van for passengers with disabilities is over 2.1 m in height, it cannot use the TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN Car parking (multi-level or underground). Please contact the call center for assistance.

*Visitors with disabilities who present a disability certificate, and up to the same number of their Carers and assistants, are eligible for the Rate for visitors with disabilities.
