Group Admission
We have a Group bus parking available for customers who have made Group reservations for admission to the Observation deck .
We can arrange a bus parking reservation to coincide with your group reservation upon request.
Parking can be selected in 30-minute increments from 2 up to 6 hours.
The parking start time is tied to your observation deck admission and is available from 30 minutes before entry.

If you use only the Group bus parking without a group admission reservation for
the Observation deck, different fees and application periods apply.
STEP 1
Please make group reservations using the online group reservation service.
*Online applications are accepted as requests and will be confirmed as final reservations after the Group Reservation Center reviews your application.
*Please note that the Group Reservation Center also accepts applications by phone, but during busy periods it may be difficult to get through.
STEP 2
Customers who have reserved a Group bus parking will be issued a "Bus Parking Permit".
Please download and print the bus entry pass from your account page on the group reservation web service,
and display it at the front of the bus when you arrive on the day of your visit.
STEP 3
From 30 to 7 days before your visit
Please make your payment from your account page on the group reservation web service,
either by credit card or by bank transfer to the designated account, between 30 and 7 days before your visit.
*Even if your credit card is already on file, you must authorize the payment during this period.
STEP 4
On the day of your visit
If you are using the Group bus parking, after entering the parking lot, the group representative should go to the Group Ticket Counter on the 1st floor to register.
Please present your reservation confirmation slip upon arrival.
*Registration begins 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
STEP 5
Please hand out the tickets to everyone in your group.
Please proceed to the 4F departure floor via the group-only lane under staff guidance.
*At the 4F departure floor, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the hand baggage inspection and ticket gate procedures.
For groups with a group admission reservation, we offer optional add-ons to help you enjoy a full day at TOKYO SKYTREE.
These options can be reserved once your group admission reservation is confirmed.
We offer pre-visit site inspections for customers considering Group bookings.
You can check the facilities and the flow of movement on the day.
For site inspections, up to five people per reserved group—including travel agency staff—are permitted regardless of the group's total size.

However, small schools may reserve as a school group even if they do not meet the minimum number.

A flat cancellation fee of JPY 300 per person will be charged for cancellations made from seven days before your visit through the day of your visit.

Admission fees for the specified number of adults are required as a minimum guarantee.
If the same group has multiple entry times, the minimum guarantee applies to each reservation.

There is no upper limit on group size.
Depending on circumstances, groups of around 120 people or more may be asked to enter at staggered times.
*Reservations for groups of more than 200 people must be made by phone; they cannot be booked through the group reservation web service.

Tour leaders (including guides and interpreters) and crew accompanying visitors who booked as a group through a travel agency receive one free admission for every 15 paying visitors.
*If this allowance is exceeded, the excess will be charged the group rate (adults).

Refunds cannot be issued for bad weather or poor visibility. Admission fees remain the same regardless of weather or viewing conditions.

If operations are suspended due to strong winds or similar conditions, we will waive the cancellation fee for group reservations. If you would like to reschedule for another date, please contact us.
