About the bus Car parking

Groups visiting TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN without a group reservation for the observation deck are also welcome to use the group bus parking.

Advance reservations are required.
Conditions differ from regular group reservations, so please review the information below before applying.

Visiting TOKYO SKYTREE without a group reservation

  • Groups must have an advance reservation to use group bus parking. Reservations cannot be made on the day of arrival.
  • The Group bus parking is available only to visitors of TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN.
  • Group bus parking is reserved for charter buses or lift-equipped accessible vehicles over 2.1 meters in height.
  • If your visit includes a TOKYO SKYTREE group reservation, rates, booking periods, and other terms differ. Please apply as either a general group reservation or a school group reservation.
  • You can reserve parking in 30-minute increments for stays of 2 to 6 hours. Reservations shorter than 2 hours are not accepted.

Group Bus Parking Information

  • Reservation Period

    From 12:00 am 30 days before your visit
    until 5:00 pm the day before your visit.

    • Please note that even on the first day reservations open, we may not be able to accommodate your request if there are existing group reservations for the observation deck.
    • If the start date falls on a day when the Group Reservation Center is closed, reservations will be accepted starting the next business day; if the end date falls on a closed day, reservations will be accepted up to the previous business day.

  • Parking hours (hours available for reservation)

    9:30 am–9:00 pm (last entry at 7:00 pm)
    • Group bus parking entry slots are allocated every 15 minutes.

  • There is no designated pick-up or drop-off area, and no pick-up/drop-off fee applies.
  • Please note that TOKYO SKYTREE group bus parking is not eligible for TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN shopping service or TOBU Card PASMO benefits.
  • Note 1: The small welfare vehicle rate applies to lift-equipped vehicles that are 2.1 m or taller, up to 5.5 m long, and up to 2.0 m wide.

Changing or canceling reservations

Update your reservation

From when you make your reservation until 5:00 pm on the day before your visit.

  • Changes to the date cannot be made. Please cancel your existing group bus parking reservation and make a new one.
  • There are no spaces designated solely for pick-up/drop-off, and no pick-up/drop-off fee. Please use the 2-hour parking area.

Cancel your reservation

Please notify us of cancellations for Group bus parking by 5:00 pm the day before your visit.
Same-day cancellations, including shortened parking times, will be charged the full reserved parking fee.

  • Free from 5:00 pm the previous day.
  • From then until the day of the event: 100%.

From booking to your visit

  • STEP 1

    Please make your reservation through the group reservation web service.

    *Online applications are accepted as requests and will be confirmed as final reservations after the Group Reservation Center reviews your application.
    *Please note that the Group Reservation Center also accepts applications by phone, but during busy periods it may be difficult to get through.

  • STEP 2

    Customers who have reserved a Group bus parking will be issued a "Bus Parking Permit".

    You can download and print the bus entry permit from your account page on the group reservation web service.
    On the day of your visit, please make sure to display the bus entry permit on the front of the vehicle when entering the group bus parking area.

  • STEP 3

    From 30 to 7 days before your visit

    Please make your payment from your account page on the group reservation web service,
    either by credit card or by bank transfer to the designated account, between 30 and 7 days before your visit.
    *Even if your credit card is already on file, you must authorize the payment during this period.

  • STEP 4

    On the day of your visit

    After entering the Group bus parking, the group representative should proceed to the Group Ticket Counter on the 1st floor for registration.
    Please present your reservation confirmation slip upon arrival.

Group Bus Parking Advance reservation required

Advance reservation is required to use the group bus parking lot.

  • When entering the Car parking, please display the "Bus Entry Permit" issued after your reservation on your windshield.
  • If you arrive by group bus, buses may enter only from the Oshiage side.
  • Buses cannot enter the bus parking area from the TOKYO SKYTREE Station side.
