How to register an account
If you don't have an account, please register before making a reservation.
Review the steps below and follow the instructions to complete your registration.
Step 1: Begin account registration
An account is required to use this service.
Please register via the "new account registration" option on the TOKYO SKYTREE group reservation web service page or by using the link in the invitation email.
Step 2: Review the terms of use and privacy policy
Please review the terms of use and privacy policy. If you agree, please check the box and click "Agree and continue."
Step 3: Confirm your email address
Enter your email address and click "Send verification code." We'll send a verification code to that address.
- Please confirm that the information you've entered is correct.
- If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder.
This service uses two-step verification: each time you log in, you'll need to enter a verification code sent to your email. Please register an email address that you can always access personally. If you register a shared address or one you cannot check promptly, you may be unable to log in.
Step 4: Enter the verification code
Please enter the verification code sent to your email, then click "Verify code".
- Please enter the verification code included in the email you received.
Step 5: Enter your details and set a password
Select either "Individual" or "retailer", enter your customer information and password, then click "Register account".
- Please note that your registration type (Individual/retailer) cannot be changed later.
- If you plan to use a retailer, please create an account, log in, and register the retailer information. Reservations cannot be made without registration.
Step 6: Registration complete / Sign in
You're all set — your account registration is complete.
Please return to the home page and log in using your registered email address and password.
- To help keep your account secure, two-factor authentication is required each time you log in. Please enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
How to register as a vendor
Step 1: Register store details
If you register as a vendor, you must provide your vendor information before you can use the reservation feature. After completing account registration, please follow the steps below to register your vendor information.
Once logged in, please click the "Create seller information" button at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Enter retailer details
When the retailer information registration page appears, fill in the required fields. After confirming the information is correct, click the [Register] button at the bottom of the page. Your retailer registration is now complete.
