Reservations for school groups

If you're visiting on a school trip, field trip, or other school event,
groups of 15 or more accompanied by school staff are eligible for the school group rate.
On the day of your visit, you'll be guided through a dedicated group lane for smooth entry.
We also offer a range of options to help you enjoy a full day at TOKYO SKYTREE.

School group rates apply

Groups of 15 or more.
*Limited to school events at eligible schools.

Reservation Period

Available from 12:00 am 365 days before your visit
until 5:00 pm the day before your visit.
- If the start date falls on a day when the Group Reservation Center is closed, reservations will be accepted starting the next business day; if the end date falls on a closed day, reservations will be accepted up to the previous business day.

1. Schools approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT)

kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, junior colleges, colleges of technology, special needs schools, specialized training colleges, and miscellaneous schools (excluding teacher training schools)

2. Childcare facilities

licensed daycare centers, certified daycare centers, accredited daycare centers, licensed daycare facilities, certified daycare facilities, accredited daycare facilities, certified child care centers

3. The following facilities under the Child Welfare Act:

Nurseries, daycare centers, facilities for intellectually disabled children, day care facilities for intellectually disabled children, facilities for blind/deaf children, facilities for supporting the independence of children, children's homes, facilities for physically disabled children, facilities for severely mentally and physically disabled children, facilities for children with autism

Admission is free for children aged 5 and under.
If a visitor is 6 years old and not yet enrolled in elementary school, the young children rate applies; if a visitor is 12 years old and enrolled in elementary school, the elementary school students rate applies; if a visitor is 18 years old or older and enrolled in senior high school, the senior high school students rate applies.

Application of the rate for visitors with disabilities

Rate for visitors with disabilities and school Group discounts cannot be applied together.
If you wish to apply for a Rate for visitors with disabilities, please make your reservation through the general Group reservation form.

Rates for tour leaders, teachers, crew members, and other staff

For every 15 students, up to the number listed below may be admitted free of charge. Please apply at the same time as your school group reservation.

Tour escort (including guides and interpreters) / crew member: 1 person
Teachers and staff: 2 people
Accompanying nurses: All

*If the number of tour leaders or school staff exceeds the designated quota, the additional persons will be charged the school group's adult rate.
*Other accompanying persons (such as photographers and guardians) will also be charged the school group's adult rate.

To visitors from special needs schools/schools/classes:

When a special needs school or class makes a school group reservation, accompanying teachers, chaperones, and crew are admitted free of charge up to the same number as students. Please include them when making your school group reservation. If you book as a school group, you do not need to present a disability certificate (or a copy) on the day.

Changing or canceling reservations

Update your reservation

From when you make your reservation until 5:00 pm on the day before your visit.

Changes to the reservation date are not possible. Please cancel your current group reservation and make a new reservation.
If you cancel a group reservation on or after the cancellation fee effective date, the prescribed cancellation fee will apply.

Cancel your reservation

A cancellation fee will be charged if you reduce the number of people or cancel your reservation 7 days or more prior to your visit.

From 7 days before the visit until the day of the visit: a flat fee of JPY 300 per person (visitors with disabilities: JPY 150).
No-show on the day without notice … 100%

Group Admission

Group Bus Parking Reservation required

We have a Group bus parking available for customers who have made Group reservations for admission to the Observation deck .

We can arrange a bus parking reservation to coincide with your group reservation upon request.

Parking can be selected in 30-minute increments from 2 up to 6 hours.
The parking start time is tied to your observation deck admission and is available from 30 minutes before entry.

Group bus parking is available only to buses and vehicles 2.1 m or taller.
Please note that during busy periods, the maximum reservation time may be adjusted.
Depending on crowd levels, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

For reservations longer than 3 hours, extensions can be requested starting 30 days before your visit.
Please note that during busy periods, the maximum reservation time may be adjusted.
If you plan to arrive by an accessible vehicle, such as a lift-equipped bus or an accessible taxi (limited to vehicles 2.1 m or taller), please let us know your vehicle information in advance.

Change or cancel Group bus parking reservations

Free until 5:00 pm the day before.

If the day before your visit falls on a day when the Group Reservation Center is closed, reservations will be accepted up to the previous business day.

From that point up to and including the day of the visit: 100%

If you use only the Group bus parking without a group admission reservation for
the Observation deck, different fees and application periods apply.

About using only the bus parking area

From booking to your visit

STEP 1

Please make group reservations using the online group reservation service.

*Online applications are accepted as requests and will be confirmed as final reservations after the Group Reservation Center reviews your application.
*Please note that the Group Reservation Center also accepts applications by phone, but during busy periods it may be difficult to get through.
STEP 2

Customers who have reserved a Group bus parking will be issued a "Bus Parking Permit".

Please download and print the bus entry pass from your account page on the group reservation web service,
and display it at the front of the bus when you arrive on the day of your visit.
STEP 3

From 30 to 7 days before your visit

Please make your payment from your account page on the group reservation web service,
either by credit card or by bank transfer to the designated account, between 30 and 7 days before your visit.
*Even if your credit card is already on file, you must authorize the payment during this period.
STEP 4

On the day of your visit

If you are using the Group bus parking, after entering the parking lot, the group representative should go to the Group Ticket Counter on the 1st floor to register.
Please present your reservation confirmation slip upon arrival.
*Registration begins 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
STEP 5

Please hand out the tickets to everyone in your group.

Please proceed to the 4F departure floor via the group-only lane under staff guidance.
*At the 4F departure floor, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the hand baggage inspection and ticket gate procedures.

Site Visit Information

We offer pre-visit site inspections for customers considering Group bookings.
You can check the facilities and the flow of movement on the day.

For site inspections, up to five people per reserved group—including travel agency staff—are permitted regardless of the group's total size.
Please apply via the applicable reservation on the group reservation web service or by phone.

About the preview application
Registration period	From the time a group reservation is made until 5:00 pm on the day before the requested preview visit.
How to apply	[Online] Go to "Post-reservation options" within the applicable group reservation on the group reservation web service. [Phone] Contact the Group Reservation Center at +81-3-3626-0634 (weekdays, 10:00 am–5:00 pm).
On the day of the site visit	Please have all members of your reservation come to the Group Ticket Counter on the 1st floor. We will verify your name using your business card or identification.
Important Information	We cannot accept viewings without a reservation. Viewings are limited to Group of customers aged 18 and over. Group bus parking is not available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations for school groups

Reservations for school trips and field trips open at 12:00 am, 365 days before the admission date.

Up to two accompanying teachers are admitted free of charge for every 15 students. Any additional teachers and other accompanying persons (such as photographers or guardians) will be charged the group rate for adults.
Nurses accompanying the group are also admitted free of charge. Please submit a prior request along with your group reservation.

If you are booking by group (for example, 40 people in group 1 at 10:00 am and 40 people in group 2 at 1:00 pm), please make separate reservations for each group.
