About Admission Tickets

  • You can Purchase Admission tickets by any of the following methods:

    - Online via LINKTIVITY
    - At 7‑Eleven multi-copy machines
    - On the day at the Ticket Counter on the 4th floor of TOKYO SKYTREE (a 500‑yen ticket issuance fee per person applies for Purchases at the counter)
    - Through TOKYO SKYTREE Official hotels, TOKYO SKYTREE partner hotels, or an Official travel agency

    For Group admissions, please apply through the group reservation website.
  • For online purchases, cash is not accepted. You can pay by credit card, PayPay, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.
    If you'd like to pay in cash, please use convenience store (the multi-copy machines at 7-Eleven).
  • VISA・Mastercard・JCB・American Express・Diners Club
  • Both the online service (LINKTIVITY) and 7-Eleven multi-copy machines let you apply for up to eight people in a single submission.

About Combo Tickets

  • This ticket lets you visit both the Tembo Deck on floor 350 and the Tembo Galleria on floor 450 at TOKYO SKYTREE.
  • Please note that no changes can be made after purchase. To enter the Tembo Galleria, please use the ticket machines on the Tembo Deck, floor 350. Ticket sales may be suspended if the Tembo Galleria becomes crowded.
  • Tickets are non-refundable after issuance and are valid only on the day of your visit.
  • We don’t impose any restrictions, but depending on crowding or elevator operations on the day of your visit, staff may need to direct visitors.
  • There is no direct elevator to the Tembo Galleria; access is via the Tembo Deck.
  • You cannot change the date or time. Please cancel and purchase again for your preferred date and time.

Rate for Visitors with Disabilities

  • You can purchase tickets at WEB (LINKTIVITY) and at convenience stores (Seven-Eleven multi-copy machine).
    On the day of your visit, please present the certificate for Visitors with disabilities (a copy is acceptable) at the TOKYO SKYTREE 4F Ticket Counter.
  • On the day of your visit, visitors with disabilities will be asked to present their disability handbook or a copy of the personal information page at the ticket counter. The Mirairo ID app is also accepted.
  • We’re sorry, but this is not applicable. Eligibility is limited to visitors with disabilities who present an official disability certificate.
  • An equal number of carers and assistants accompanying visitors with disabilities are eligible for the rate for visitors with disabilities.
  • Admission is limited to visitors with disabilities and an equal number of carers and assistants.
  • Transfers are allowed. To exchange your reservation for an admission ticket, please bring the QR code issued after completing your reservation and your handbook for visitors with disabilities (a copy is acceptable) to the 4F ticket counter.
    *Resale or money conversion are prohibited; if detected, the admission ticket will be invalid.
    *Changes to visitor type are not permitted.

Admission and Timed Entry

  • On your reserved date only, please join the queue at the end of the line indicated by staff. During busy periods you may experience long waits.
    If you're delayed due to public transportation or other issues, please contact staff or the call center.
  • We don’t impose any restrictions, but depending on crowding or elevator operations on the day of your visit, staff may need to direct visitors.
  • Yes. Please have one ticket per person ready when you enter.
  • Please use the emergency stairs only in case of an emergency.
  • We do not offer priority admission.
  • Please note that re-entry to the Tembo Galleria is not allowed. Once you descend to ground level, you cannot re-enter.
  • Only visitors who have purchased a Tembo Deck ticket may make additional purchases on the Tembo Deck's 350th floor. Please note that sales may end depending on crowd levels.
  • Elementary school students (age 6 and up) are eligible.

About Guest Services

  • ※Located on the 3rd floor of Tower Yard and the 1st floor of East Yard.
  • We have a room on the observation deck for first aid and short bed rest after minor injuries.
    Please note that no doctor or nurse is on site. If you need assistance, please speak to the nearest staff member.
  • Pets are not permitted to enter, even in a carrier. TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN does not offer any pet check-in or storage services.
  • They are welcome to enter.
  • To help everyone enjoy their visit with peace of mind, certain personal items are prohibited. See this table for details.
  • Wheelchairs are available for loan, but quantities are limited. Please ask a nearby staff member on the day of your visit. Advance reservation for wheelchair loans cannot be accepted.
  • Accessible restrooms are available at several locations throughout the facility.
  • For safety, drones and other unmanned aircraft are prohibited on the premises of TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN.
    *Please also refrain from using small unmanned aircraft that are not covered by law.
  • Portable charger rental stations are located on the 1st, 4th, and 5th floors (fee applies).
  • Rooms are available on the observation deck. Please see here for details.
  • We offer stroller rentals, but quantities are limited. Please speak to a nearby staff member on the day of your visit. We cannot accept advance reservations for wheelchair rentals.
    A stroller parking area is available on the 4th floor.
  • TOBU FREE Wi‑Fi is available.
  • Available in two options: Japanese and multilingual (English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean).
  • Some staff are available to assist at times, but they are not on site full time. The ticket counter and information desk have written communication boards—please speak to staff for assistance.
  • Smoking is not permitted on site. Please use the smoking area at TOKYO Solamachi.
  • You'll find it on the 4th floor of TOKYO SKYTREE and at various locations throughout TOKYO Solamachi.
  • Please note that there are no vending machines on the observation deck.
  • Only drinks in capped plastic bottles are allowed.
  • Please ask a nearby staff member.
  • Only assistance dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs defined by the Act on Assistance Dogs for Physically Disabled Persons are permitted to enter.

    Allergen information for the ingredients used is indicated on the menu so you can check whether a dish contains any specified allergens.

    We will, however, do our best to accommodate requests—such as omitting specific ingredients—where possible.

    For safety reasons we may be unable to accommodate requests in cases such as:
    - when both dairy and eggs must be completely removed
    - when a guest has a severe allergy that requires avoiding even trace contamination
  • Advance reservations are not available.
  • A dedicated vegetarian or vegan menu is not available.
    We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs where possible—for example, by substituting certain ingredients—but we are unable to fulfill the following requests:
    - Vegan (complete exclusion of all animal products)

About Group Bus Parking

  • Please note that an advance reservation is required to use the bus car parking. Vehicles without a reservation will not be admitted.
  • Visitors to TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN can use this service, but an advance reservation is required. Please note that application periods, fees, and other terms differ when the visit involves a group reservation for the observation deck.
  • Reservations are required for group bus parking, even if you're only boarding or only alighting.
    You cannot reserve the space for both boarding and alighting.
    Early arrivals or late departures outside the reserved time will incur extension charges.
    Please note that, depending on conditions on the day, we may be unable to accommodate your reservation.
  • Bus car parking is available for stays of two hours or longer.
    Please note that during busy periods or depending on reservation availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
    Reservations for bus car parking only are accepted from 30 days before arrival.
  • If your arrival time changes, please let us know in advance.
    We will do our best to accommodate, but arriving before or leaving after your reserved time will incur an extension fee.
  • Passenger cars, please use the general car parking area.
    Group bus parking is reserved for charter buses and lift-equipped welfare vehicles that are 2.1 meters or taller.
  • We ask that you cancel by 5:00 pm the day before your visit. Cancellations made on the day of your visit will be charged the full parking fee.
  • Group bus parking is open from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm. We cannot accommodate extensions beyond these hours.

How to enjoy the Observation deck

  • You can see it. It depends on the weather and visibility conditions, but you have a high chance of seeing it, especially during cold, clear weather or in the early morning.
  • Yes, you can. We also recommend enjoying the view from the Observation deck by looking for areas you've visited on the ground, such as the Sumida River and Asakusa , or areas you'll be visiting in the future.
  • Yes, you can. On days with good weather and visibility, you may be able to enjoy the View towards Tokyo Bay. The View differs depending on the direction you look, so please refer to the museum guide.
  • Inside the Observation deck, there are two cafes where you can enjoy the View: "SKYTREE CAFE 350" and "SKYTREE CAFE 340". "SKYTREE CAFE 350" is a stand-up dining café where you can enjoy various drinks, alcoholic beverages, and seasonal menus. You can also freely carry your drinks around the Tembo Deck Floor 350 and enjoy them with the View wherever you like. "SKYTREE CAFE 340" is a seated café where you can enjoy not only drinks but also light meal . Depending on the season, we also offer limited-time original café menus in conjunction with events held in the Tembo Galleria .
  • Yes. Anyone can experience it with just the admission fee to the Tembo Deck. If you are afraid of heights, please do not force yourself and consult with your companions before enjoying the experience.
  • From the 4th floor entrance, first take the Elevator to the Tembo Deck floor 350. Then, change Elevator and head to the Tembo Galleria floor 445. When leaving, from the Tembo Galleria floor 450, take the Elevator down to the Tembo Deck floor 345, then take the Escalator down to the Tembo Deck floor 340, and then take the Elevator to the 5th floor EXIT floor.
