About Group Reservations

  • Group reservations are not accepted. Please purchase individual tickets.
    However, small schools may reserve as a school group even if they do not meet the minimum number.
  • A flat cancellation fee of JPY 300 per person will be charged for cancellations made from seven days before your visit through the day of your visit.
  • Admission fees for the specified number of adults are required as a minimum guarantee.
    If the same group has multiple entry times, the minimum guarantee applies to each reservation.
  • There is no upper limit on group size.
    Depending on circumstances, groups of around 120 people or more may be asked to enter at staggered times.
    *Reservations for groups of more than 200 people must be made by phone; they cannot be booked through the group reservation web service.
  • Tour leaders (including guides and interpreters) and crew accompanying visitors who booked as a group through a travel agency receive one free admission for every 15 paying visitors.
    *If this allowance is exceeded, the excess will be charged the group rate (adults).
  • Refunds cannot be issued for bad weather or poor visibility. Admission fees remain the same regardless of weather or viewing conditions.
  • If operations are suspended due to strong winds or similar conditions, we will waive the cancellation fee for group reservations. If you would like to reschedule for another date, please contact us.
  • Site visits are only possible if a Group reservation has already been made.
    A site visit request can be made for up to 5 people per Group , including representatives from the travel agency.

  • We do not send out Brochure in advance. Please check the digital map for a map of the building.
  • You can exchange your admission tickets from 30 minutes before your reserved entry time
    on the day of your visit at the Group Ticket Counter on the 1st floor of TOKYO SKYTREE.
    Please note we cannot accommodate changes to your party size after tickets have been exchanged.
  • We offer wheelchairs for loan. Please speak to a nearby staff member on the day of your visit.
    Advance reservation is not accepted; please understand that availability is limited.
  • Requests submitted online outside the Group Reservation Center's opening hours will be processed on the next business day.
  • If you're entering on the same day and can be confirmed to belong to a group that already has a reservation, you may be able to join that booking.
    This applies to school groups and general groups of roughly 200 people or more.

Rate for Visitors with Disabilities

  • Prices do not vary by grade.
  • Carers and assistants who accompany visitors with disabilities, up to the same number as those visitors, are eligible for the rate for visitors with disabilities.
  • We accept group reservations at the rate for visitors with disabilities.
    Please note this rate cannot be combined with school group rates.
  • Visitors with disabilities are asked to present their Disability Handbook or a copy upon arrival (the Mirairo ID app is also accepted).
    If you cannot present one, regular admission rates will apply.
    If you are visiting with a group reservation from a special support school or a special-needs class, presenting a disability handbook (or a copy) is not required.

About School Groups

  • Reservations for school trips and field trips open at 12:00 am, 365 days before the admission date.
  • Up to two accompanying teachers are admitted free of charge for every 15 students. Any additional teachers and other accompanying persons (such as photographers or guardians) will be charged the group rate for adults.
    Nurses accompanying the group are also admitted free of charge. Please submit a prior request along with your group reservation.
  • If you are booking by group (for example, 40 people in group 1 at 10:00 am and 40 people in group 2 at 1:00 pm), please make separate reservations for each group.
  • Tickets can be Purchase at the ticket vending machines on the 1st Group floor and at the Ticket Counter /vending machines on the 4th floor entrance floor.
    In order to apply the school Group rate, you will need to read the "application code".
    *The "Applicable Code" can be checked via the Group reservation web service starting 10 days before your visit. Please distribute it in advance to students, faculty, and other visitors entering the Observation deck.

About Group Bus Parking

  • This service is available to visitors to TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN. An advance reservation is required.
    Please be aware that reception periods, fees, and other conditions differ when used together with group reservations for the observation deck.
  • Reservations for Group bus parking are required even if you are boarding only or dropping off only.
    The same reservation cannot be used for both boarding and drop-off.
    Caution: If your booking includes a Group reservation for the Observation deck, the application period, fees, and other conditions may differ.
  • Car parking for buses is available for stays of two hours or longer.
    Please note that during expected busy periods or depending on reservation status, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
  • Please refrain from stopping, parking, boarding, or disembarking buses around TOKYO SKYTREE.
  • If your arrival time changes, please let us know in advance.
    We will do our best to accommodate, but arriving before or leaving after your reserved time will incur an extension fee.

About the Tembo Deck& Tembo Galleria Ticket

  • Changes can be made by phone until 5:00 PM the day before your visit. *Changes cannot be made through the Group reservation web service.
    However, if the day before your visit falls on a day when the Group Reservation Center is closed, please contact the Group Reservation Center by the last business day before that date.
  • Within the same group, you cannot mix Tembo Deck-only admissions and admissions that include the Tembo Galleria.
    Please choose either Tembo Deck admission or admission that includes the Tembo Galleria for each group.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for bad weather or poor visibility. Admission fees remain the same regardless of weather or viewing conditions.
  • Tickets are non-refundable once issued.
