In conjunction with the 49th Sumida River Fireworks Festival to be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, TOKYO SKYTREE will be offering a special " Sumida River Fireworks Festival Opening" from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, limited to 634 people, where they can enjoy watching the fireworks from above.
Enjoy the Sumida River Fireworks Festival, a quintessential summer event, from the Observation deck of TOKYO SKYTREE .

Two fireworks displays, spanning different areas, can be viewed from the Tembo Deck.

From the Observation deck, you can enjoy the fireworks displays from both the first and second venues in a truly spectacular way.

A special seat in the sky, an experience you can't get on the ground.

Enjoy fireworks from above, offering a unique viewing experience compared to ground level, while overlooking the Tokyo nightscape.

Enjoy a comfortable fireworks display in a cool venue.

You can enjoy a comfortable space away from the crowds before and after the fireworks display.

Information Information regarding special business hours

Depending on the weather on the day, you may not be able to see the fireworks display due to poor visibility, but admission Ticket will not be refunded.
However, if the Sumida River Fireworks Festival Executive Committee decides to cancel the event at 8:00 AM on the day of the event, the following measures will be taken.
① Internet (lottery system): We will refund the admission Ticket for the special operating Observation deck .
② Other: Please check with the retailer from whom you Purchase the product.
Visitor who enter the TOKYO SKYTREE Tembo Deck with a special operating Observation deck admission Ticket can also freely use the TOKYO SKYTREE Tembo Galleria during special Opening hours .
*If you wish to enter the Tembo Galleria after the special operating hours (after 8:30 PM), you will need to Purchase a separate Ticket on the day of your visit.
Viewing from the Observation deck is standing-only. Please note that there are no chairs or other seating available in the viewing area.
(Please refrain from bringing in chairs or blankets, or reserving seats.)
Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the Observation deck . Beverages and light meal are available for purchase at the "SKYTREE CAFE" on floor 350 of the Observation deck .
The number of items available for sale may change without prior notice.
The transfer or resale of admission rights for commercial purposes, as well as commercial photography, recording, and interviews, are strictly prohibited. Entry will be denied if any of these activities are discovered.

A. Since you can view the fireworks from inside the TOKYO SKYTREE Observation deck, there's no need to reserve a spot outdoors or wait for a long time, allowing you to enjoy the show in a cool and comfortable environment. Enjoy watching the fireworks at your leisure along with the summer night view.

Q. I would like to know the meeting time and place on the day of the event.

A. 5:00 PM We will now begin accepting visitors with special admission Ticket.
Please bring the QR code issued after Purchase and come to " 4F Sky Arena ".

Q. What time do the fireworks start?

A. The first venue (downstream of Sakurabashi Bridge to upstream of Kototoibashi Bridge) 7:00 PM The second venue (downstream of Komagata Bridge to upstream of Umayabashi Bridge) 7:30 PM More fireworks will be launched. Q. Can I still enjoy it even if I don't like crowds?

A. The area surrounding the Sumida River Fireworks Festival is extremely crowded on the day of the event, but customers with special Ticket can enjoy the fireworks in a space with a limited number of people. You can enjoy a special summer moment while avoiding the crowds.

Q. Can you see the fireworks clearly?

A. Unlike fireworks viewed from the ground, TOKYO SKYTREE offers a unique view of fireworks overlooking the Tokyo nightscape. Enjoy a three-dimensional fireworks experience that can only be found here.

Q. Is it enjoyable even with small children?

A. Since the viewing will take place indoors, you can enjoy the show while reducing the burden of waiting in the scorching sun and moving through crowded areas.
It's also a great way to create lasting summer memories with your family.

Q. Can I go home right after the fireworks display ends?

A. There are no plans for regulated exits from the Observation deck. However, TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN and the surrounding area are expected to be very crowded, so please allow ample time for your visit.

Q. Is it okay to stay on the Observation deck after the special opening hours have ended?

A. No problem. You can still enjoy the Observation deck even after the special operating hours have ended (from the start of the second operating hours onwards).

Q. Is it possible to move freely between the Tembo Deck and the Tembo Galleria?

A. Customers who have entered the Tembo Deck with a special operating Ticket can move freely between the Tembo Deck and the Tembo Galleria during the special Opening hours . However, 8:30 PM Cautions that after this time (from the end of special operating hours), you will need to Purchase an additional Ticket to enter the Tembo Galleria .

A. As a general rule, we ask that you refrain from bringing in outside food and drinks.
