[2026] Special opening hours for the first sunrise of the year at TOKYO SKYTREE
TOKYO SKYTREE will be holding a special "First Sunrise Day Opening" on January 1st, 2026 (Thursday, a national holiday), where a limited number of 800 people will be able to view the first sunrise of the year from the Observation deck.

Regarding Ticket: The price is the same regardless of age visitor type(adults to Elementary school students).
・One Admission ticket is required per person.
Children aged 5 and under (including those aged 6 who are Pre–school age children) can enter for free, with a limit of two children per group.
Depending on the weather on the day, you may not be able to see the first sunrise of the year due to poor visibility, but we will not refund Admission ticket.
If the maximum number of tickets sold through Advance reservation is not reached, there is a possibility that tickets will be sold on the day of the event.
The number of items available for sale may change.
・Admission ticket issued by travel agencies or hotels, or Admission ticket exchanged for Admission ticket for a different date, other than special Admission ticket , cannot be used.
Information regarding special operating hours: Sunrise can be viewed from the Tembo Deck and Tembo Galleria.
・Even if Closed for the day, we cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses.
We will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur due to failure to follow Staff instructions or precautions.
During special Opening hours, you can freely move between the Tembo Deck and the Tembo Galleria.
・Normal business hours will resume after 8:00, but you are still welcome to enjoy the Observation deck.
However, to enter the Tembo Galleria after 7:30, you will need to Purchase a regular Ticket for the Tembo Galleria .
Please refrain from bringing in chairs, blankets, or other items, or reserving seats.
You may bring a tripod (with one side measuring 60 cm or less when folded), but please be considerate of other Visitor and avoid causing any inconvenience.
Re-entry after leaving the venue is not permitted.
The underground Car parking at TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN opens at 5:00 AM. Observation deck Admission ticket, including those for special openings, are not eligible for Parking ticket service.
We recommend using Public transportation when entering during special opening hours.
