Work place	Head office (Oshiage, Sumida-ku, Tokyo) The job will be located within TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN.
Working hours	7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with 8 hours of actual work (60-minute break) Working hours are determined by shift schedule. Variable working hours system on a monthly basis (average of 40 hours or less per week) The Opening hours of the Observation deck may change.
Holidays and vacations	Holidays: 120 days per year. Leave: Annual paid leave, hourly leave (12 hours per year granted in addition to annual paid leave). Various types of leave for special occasions (marriage leave, maternity leave, child care leave, family care leave, bereavement leave, refresh leave, etc.)
Salary increase	Once a year
bonus	Twice a year (July, December)
Various allowances	Commuting allowance, family allowance, housing allowance, qualification allowance, year-end and New Year's work allowance, overtime work allowance, late-night premium, Holidays work allowance
