positivity

—An attitude of thinking for oneself and taking on cross-departmental issues as "one's own responsibility."

"I want to try!" is the greatest driving force. Let's uncover the challenges and opportunities we encounter on the ground, and together, let's shape new challenges without fear of failure.

cooperativeness

—The power to connect people, creating the "world's most beloved Tower " together with the on-site Staff .

Many people are involved in the operation of TOKYO SKYTREE, including not only our employees but also those from partner companies. No job can be completed by one person alone. Moreover, the more difficult the challenge, the more wisdom and strength are needed to come together. To achieve this, teamwork is essential, where we understand each other, maximize our strengths, and move forward in the same direction.

Execution ability

—A sense of responsibility to "see things through" rather than just thinking about them.

Simply talking about ideas doesn't create value. It's only through execution that you reach your customers. The ability to overcome the numerous difficulties along the way is what truly defines your capabilities.
