What to bring for admission

For guests who made a Purchase online, at a convenience store, through a travel agency, or at a hotel. Please have ready the QR code issued at the time of your online purchase or by your travel agency or hotel, or a paper ticket such as a Seven Ticket purchased at a convenience store.
- On busy days, sales of admission tickets at the ticket counter may be suspended.
- To apply for the Rate for visitors with disabilities, please present your disability certificate (a copy is acceptable).

Directions from the nearest station to the 4th-floor Main Entrance

Getting here from Oshiage Station.

01 Depart from Oshiage Station.
02 Exit the ticket gate and take the escalator up to the 4th floor.
03 When you reach the 4th floor, head straight for a short distance, then turn right down the corridor.
04 We'll depart from TOKYO SKYTREE Station.
05 From the ground floor, take the escalator up to the fourth floor.
06 Step outside and turn left.
07 You'll arrive at the Main Entrance on the 4th floor.

07 When you enter, take the escalator on your right up to the fourth floor.
08 Once you reach the 4th floor, walk straight ahead and head outside.
09 As you step outside, turn to your right.
10 Continue straight ahead for a short distance.
11 Turn right.
12 You've arrived at the Skytree entrance.
13 Please continue straight ahead to the 4F ticket counter.

Admission information and opening hours

Yes. Please have one ticket per person ready when you enter.

We don’t impose any restrictions, but depending on crowding or elevator operations on the day of your visit, staff may need to direct visitors.

On your reserved date only, please join the queue at the end of the line indicated by staff. During busy periods you may experience long waits.
If you're delayed due to public transportation or other issues, please contact staff or the call center.

Visiting with children

We offer stroller rentals, but quantities are limited. Please speak to a nearby staff member on the day of your visit. We cannot accept advance reservations for wheelchair rentals.
A stroller parking area is available on the 4th floor.

Accessibility information

Accessible restrooms are available at several locations throughout the facility.

Wheelchairs are available for loan, but quantities are limited. Please ask a nearby staff member on the day of your visit. Advance reservation for wheelchair loans cannot be accepted.
