Change your reservation date and time
Purchased admission tickets cannot be changed.
If you need to change your admission date or time, please cancel your current ticket and purchase a new one.
Change the type of your reserved ticket.
Convert your combo admission ticket (Tembo Deck + Tembo Galleria) to a Tembo Deck admission ticket
You cannot change the ticket type of a reserved ticket after purchase.
If you wish to change it, please cancel your existing admission ticket and then buy the admission ticket you want.
Change of number of reservations

How to cancel your reservation
TOKYO SKYTREE cannot process cancellations of fixed-term tickets purchased through travel agencies or hotels.
Please contact the travel agency or designated hotel where you purchased your ticket.
