Guidelines for entering and enjoying your visit to TOKYO SKYTREE
- Please refrain from occupying or reserving space with luggage or personal belongings.
- Please enjoy food and drinks only in designated areas.
- Please refrain from using smartphones or other devices in areas where they may disturb other guests.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the facility. Please use the designated smoking areas.
- Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs. There are no on-site facilities for leaving pets.
- During operating hours, press and other media may conduct interviews or filming. In such cases, certain parts of the Visitor route and viewing areas may be restricted, and visitors may be included in filming with their consent.
Please cooperate with hand baggage inspections.
For the comfort and safety of all visitors, the following items are prohibited.
Security staff will conduct Hand baggage inspection at entry, so please cooperate. Guests carrying any prohibited items are asked to use the Coin-operated lockers (paid) inside TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN or the Sagawa Express temporary baggage storage (paid).

Photography and live-streaming guidelines
Please note the following actions are prohibited.
Failure to comply may result in denied entry or being asked to leave.
- If you plan to conduct commercial photography, recording, or interviews on the premises for business purposes, please obtain permission in advance.
- Please refrain from taking photographs that may disturb other visitors.
- Photography that may infringe on the privacy of other guests and certain staff.
Even for actions not explicitly listed, if Staff determine a behavior is disruptive or dangerous, they may ask you to stop.
